Roup to Head Tiger Brand USA
Ontario, Canada-based Tiger Brand Knitting will set up its U.S. headquarters in Santa Barbara, Calif., under the direction of Herman Roup, former chief executive officer of Chorus Line Corp. Roup, as managing director of Tiger Brand Knitting U.S.A., will spearhead domestic, European and Far East distribution for the company’s lines of men’s, women’s and children’s active apparel. The company’s offerings include a collection of knits skirts, dresses, sweaters and pants under the TBK label, as well as a collection of sleepwear and home accessories under the label Non-Fiction. —Alison A.
