Alloy.com and Elle Girl, the soon-to-launch teen version of Elle magazine, have teamed up to create Ellegirl.com, which will launch in June—just prior to the Elle Girl magazine launch; parent company Hachette Filipacchi announced there are no current plans to add e-commerce to the site.
