CyberDressForms Raises Money for N.Y. Victims

Johnny H. Tan, founder and chief executive officer of BatikWorld.com, a Baton Rouge, La.-based supplier of Malaysian-made fabrics, was the winner of a dress form provided by CyberDressForms of Glendale, Calif., during the Oct. 22–24 run of the Los Angeles International Textile Show at the California Mart.

Tan was one of many who purchased raffle tickets during the show to raise money for the New York Police & Firemen Widows & Children’s Benefit Fund.

Tan will receive one of CyberDressForms’ 3-D laser-produced repeatable dress forms. The forms are produced with a laser scanner that allows users to store measurements for future use to make PVC dress forms. —Robert McAllister
