Self Esteem's Relief Tee

Self Esteem, the Los Angeles-based junior sportswear manufacturer, has donated an estimated $25,000 in proceeds from the sale of T-shirts sold at JC Penney and May department stores to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund and the United Way.

Company owner Richard Clareman said he hopes the shirts that were selected for contribution sales will help boost public spirit and national support. The shirts come in a number of basic styles, with designs that vary from the American flag to the word “American” in a red, white and blue color scheme.

Self Esteem is carried in over 3,000 retail stores across the country, including major department stores and specialty chains. —Claudia Figueroa
