Wet Seal Trial on Hold
A Los Angeles Superior Court judge postponed a trial concerning whether Wet Seal Inc. is liable for back wages owed to workers who produced Wet Seal clothing for one of the Foothill Ranch retailers’ contractors. The new trial date is Jan. 8.
