From MGM to Guess?
Former Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Inc. exec Alex Yemenidjian has been nominated to join the board of directors of Los Angeles–based Guess? Inc. Yemenidjian, the former chairman and chief executive officer of MGM, now serves as chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Armenco Holdings LLC and director of the MGM Mirage (formerly called the MGM Grand) in Las Vegas. If elected at the annual shareholders meeting on May 10, he will serve for three years.
