Shortly after announcing that supermodel Gisele Bundchen will replace creative director Kelly Gray as the model for St. John Knits International, the Irvine-based company announced that Marie Gray will give up her position as chief designer for the company, which she founded with her husband, Robert Gray, in 1962. Kelly Gray is also leaving her position. Marie Gray will remain on the company’s board of directors, and Kelly Gray will act as a consultant to the company.
