9ci Hosts Charge-back 'Webinar'
Software company 9ci Inc. said it will host a Web-only seminar on how to recover and prevent charge-backs in the apparel industry based on the experience of Hartmarx Corp.
Schaumburg, Ill.–based 9ci said the case study with Chicago’s Hartmarx, one of its apparel customers, will address topics such as tracking, analyzing and managing customer deductions and charge-backs.
