L.A. Fashion Week Spring '06: Hale Bob, As and Fillmore
“America’s Top Model” winner Adrianne Curry and 944 Magazine hosted a late-night fashion show featuring Los Angeles–based contemporary line Hale Bob on Oct. 13 at Element nightclub in Hollywood.
Hale Bob designer Daniel Bohbot showed a bohemian mix of embellished pieces in Indian- and Moroccan-style prints and Summer of Love silhouettes. Highlights included strapless, tiered dress in hunter green embellished with beads, and a plunging turquoise tunic set off with silver beading.
The fashionable crowd included Bohbot’s brother Marc, co-founder of Los Angeles labels Bisou Bisou and True Meaning.
The show also featured denim and denim-friendly separates by Fillmore, as well as color-blocked bikinis by As.
