San Francisco Fashion Week '05: Teshub

Teshub designer Samuel Taylor mixed preppy and street in T-shirts, polos, blazers and dress shirts with graphics. T-shirt slogans such as “Nuclear Bomb” and “Mohawk” were rebellious and fun. Taylor applied the abstract-print trend from dress shirts and blazers to polo shirts, although he did not exactly eschew the collegiate look, also offering polo shirts in bright colors and stripes. He completed his preppy-meets–rock ’n’ roll look with several men’s vintage-inspired denim styles.
