Volcom En Espantilde;a
Costa Mesa–based Volcom Inc. acquired the strategic assets of its Spanish distributor for an undisclosed amount and announced plans to directly distribute Volcom merchandise in Spain beginning in July. Volcom has been selling in Spain since 1997. The company also has direct-distribution operations in France, the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
