Ross Expands in Chicago Area

Pleasanton, Calif.–based Ross Stores Inc. is opening 12 new Ross Dress for Less stores in the Chicago area on Oct. 8. The discount retailer is celebrating the openings with in-store promotions running through Oct. 16.
