RICH & FAMOUS

Which Fashion Designer is Selling His House?

When fashion designer Christian Audigier owned his Ed Hardy label, he bought a lot of houses in Los Angeles

A couple of years ago, a Hancock Park house was on the for-sale block for $8.29 million for the seven-bedroom and seven-bath mansion. There was a more rustic abode in Topanga Canyon that was selling too.

This time it is the Windsor Square Tudor house he owns that has a for-sale sign in front of it on Norton Avenue.

The two-story 1925 structure is a little more subdued than the Hancock Park piece. It only has five bedrooms, four baths but 18 chandeliers, a gym and swimming pool.

The selling price for the house on a 10,800-square-foot lot is $3.199 million. Audigier bought the manse for $2.695 million in 2007. The house can also be leased for $25,000 a month.

Audigier was riding high with the Ed Hardy label until he sold it three years ago to New York-based Iconix Brand Group for $62 million. Not sure what he's doing now but he just might be buying some more real estate somewhere.
