Colorep Adds to Board of Directors

Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.–based Colorep Inc., which markets sustainable-textile solutions, has named David Gelbaum to its board of directors.

Gelbaum is a trustee of The Quercus Trust, one of North America’s largest clean-technology funds.

Gelbaum’s interest in Colorep comes via its new AirDye technology, which colors fabrics and other materials without the use of water and toxins. Colorep also provides other subsurface printing and fabric-dyeing technologies to the promotions, apparel, commercial furnishings and home-deacute;cor markets through its TransPrint and BetaColor LLC units.

“David brings extensive experience and strategically relevant relationships in building great companies in the clean-technology field. I look forward to growing Colorep with Mr. Gelbaum on our team,” said Colorep Chief Executive Officer Larry Levy in a statement. —Robert McAllister
