Hi, My Name Is Sadie Plum Hill Dr. What's Your Stage Name?

An afternoon of shopping Trashy Lingerie followed by a pole dancing class? It’s like a bachelorette party, minus the bride-to-be.

On Aug. 15 the S Factor Hollywood will host a “Lingerie Sugar Blues” girls-day-out event of Trashy Lingerie shopping at discount prices; complimentary pole dancing fitness classes; and a “Sugar Blues” health and nutrition presentation by S Factor instructor and health counselor Rebekah Fuller.

The S Factor was created by Sheila Kelley, a classically trained dancer who went method actress for the role of stripper and pole dancer “Stormy” in the film “Dancing at the Blue Iguana.” Twirling around that pole got her a lean body in the process, so she developed The S Factor fitness dance workout incorporating the erotic moves. The whole idea makes me blush, but the girls at the S Factor assure us that the studios are dimly lit, mirror-less, most women wear yoga-like attire and there’s no stripping or dancing in Lucite heels (at least not in the intro classes). Will our workout soundtrack include Guns N' Roses and Bon Jovi? We can only hope.

Expect “extra-naughty lingerie” and “super-low prices” from Trashy Lingerie, the go-to shop on La Cienega Boulevard for Playboy Bunnies and skimpy Halloween costumes.

“Lingerie Sugar Blues” at The S Factor Hollywood, 5225 Wilshire Blvd., Suite B, in Los Angeles, 90036. Saturday, Aug. 15 from 4-8p.m. To RSVP and for more information, call (323) 965-9685.
