Round 2 for Trovata, Forever 21 Case
MISTRIAL: A mistrial was declared in Trovata's suit against Forever 21 over alleged copies of Trovata's designs. Trovata’s garments are pictured at left and Forever 21's garments are pictured at right.
A new jury with have another crack at the complicated concept of trade dress when the case between contemporary brand Trovata and fast-fashion retailer Forever 21 returns to court in October.
