Designer Celebrates New Sunset Plaza Store
Talk about delayed gratification.
Calleen Cordero opened her self-named Calleen Cordero boutique in the exclusive Sunset Plaza retail district in February. But she only got around to having a party for the shop’s debut on June 8. We dropped by the debut party for the DJ music by Luxury Kills and to check out Calleen’s latest.
“It’s a breath of fresh air,”she said of the new store located at 8659 Sunset Blvd. “I’m getting to design for a different clientele.”
Cordero manufactures her bags, footwear, belts and accessories in North Hollywood. She also runs a store in Los Angeles’ Studio City neighborhood.
