MarcoMarco: Drag Queens, Underwear, Anna Wintour?
Marco Morante, the costume designer for Britney Spears and a brigade of other celebs, produced a runway show for his MarcoMarco line of underwear at Vibiana in downtown Los Angeles on Oct. 14 The MarcoMarco line was just one part of the show. Taking the runway was a vertiable revue of drag queens with names like Mayhem Miller and GiGi Gorgeous on the runway. Have International Fashion Tour, Will Travel
The International Fashion Tour plans to produce runway tours of international designers in various U.S. cities in 2015, but on Oct. 13, this runway with wheels held a preview show at the California Market Center, featuring the looks of Pia Gladys Perey, Charles Cua and Melchor Guinto.

Since 2010, Maxwell Dickson has been quietly running an art gallery in a building-full of fashion showrooms at California Market Center in Los Angeles, but the low key profile took a break on Oct. 11. Dickson put his self-named Maxwell Dickson gallery at the center of a gala Oct. 11 for the Pink Tie Affair, at Suite C919 of the CMC. One of the main activities for the night was an auction for his contemporary art to raise funds for Breast Cancer Care & Research Fund.
